SECURING YOUR BOOKING

·    

  A non-refundable retention fee of 50% is required to secure your booking(s) with the full balance due as agreed at the time of booking.

·       Failure to pay the fee within the stated time will result in the booking date/time being released.

During peak months (April through to October and the month of December), a minimum of a three person booking or the equivalent compensation will be required.

SURCHARGES

·       If there is a larger party that requires additional resources, an additional charge will be made to cover this. Prices can be advised once your requirements are known.

 

TRAVEL EXPENSES

·       Mileage charges are 50p per mile.

·       Journeys over 30 mins will be an additional £10 per 30 minutes for travel time.

·       Congestion and ULEZ Charge – Traveling inside the congestion and ULEZ charge zones is payable by the client.

·       Parking – Expenses are charged to the client.

·       Toll charges – Expenses are charged to the client.

·       The client will cover any other necessary travel expenses for Rita DeSario as agreed at time of booking.

PAYMENT

·       Payments can be made via Bank Transfer, card or cash. Any monies already paid by the client will be deducted from the final balance due.

 

RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CLIENT

·       The client shall inform Rita DeSario of any issues that may affect the use of any equipment or products. This includes but is not limited to sensitivities, allergies and medical conditions.

·       Rita DeSario cannot be held liable for any losses that are incurred due to the client’s failure to inform them of any known condition.

·       Rita DeSario reserves the right to refuse service to the client or members the party for, but not limited to, infectious conditions / abusive and threatening behaviour.

CANCELLATIONS

·       The client, at any point in writing, can cancel the booking. Rita DeSario will be under no obligation to refund any money paid up until point of cancellation, however the client will not be liable for any further payments.

·       The client can cancel a consultation or makeup/hair appointment at any point however, a consultation or makeup/hair appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged for at the full price.

• For bridal bookings, a 30 day notice period must be given. Any monies paid to date are non-refundable.

• Services are non-transferrable.

·       Cancellations made by Rita DeSario due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering Rita DeSario’s performance of their obligations where no other suitable alternative can be offered, a full refund will be given to the client. No further compensation will be offered.

·       If the booking is directly affected by circumstance beyond the control of Rita DeSario, where possible Rita DeSario will endeavour to rectify such situations. However, no compensation will be offered on the part of Rita DeSario.

PHOTOGRAPHY

·       The client agrees that Rita DeSario may use any photography for publicity purposes which includes but not limited to Rita DeSario website, social media pages and marketing.

·       This includes photographs taken by Rita DeSario, you the client and any professional photographer.

·       Rita DeSario owns the copyright to any photographs taken of the services provided.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

·       Rita DeSario's liability shall not exceed the charges paid under this agreement.

·       Rita DeSario shall have no liability for any third-party (product/service) whatsoever regardless of cause, even if it has been recommended.

By financially securing your deposit or payment, you are agreeing that you have read and accept these terms and conditions.
